another very important note: any changes we make to the Callout Rewards algorithm lags by a number of weeks any historic Callout Rewards data takes weeks - if not months - to change as the better actors/earners overtake the worse ones (we can't reverse any rewards, even if we believe they weren't justified after the fact!)
