looking to upgrade my setup a bit. I currently have a 2560 x 1440 resolution, 180hz , 31.5 inch monitor and i feel like i dont see much on my screen, like it could be bigger. should i buy like 240hz, 3440x1440 resolution and 35-39 inch? i feel like 49 inch monitor would be too big and i would have to move my eyes too much to look from one side to other? and i also have a shitty $200 chair , where i sit like a retard in and kill my back daily, whats the best ergonomic chair? if its a herman miller, then what model? i dont wanna be like a goblin when im 25. bluelight glasses (quality ones) worth it or a scam? yes i could ask AI about this but i want more personal feedback from people, if some…
