I just integrated Jev into Rent Relief Bot and all usage flows into $RRB buybacks. 14 clauses. 10 questions each. 1.4 seconds. 2 cents of inference. That's a whole lease scanned, every clause scored 0–4 and ranked worst first, with what to ask for on each. $0.50 per scan, USDC on Base, no account. A model that doesn't talk turns out to be exactly what a lease review needs.
