Noticed a funny dynamic at side events: ​The big KOLs are genuinely nice, approachable, and actually take the time to talk and show appreciation. ​I went up to a few without even revealing my handle first - just told them I follow and love their work, and they were all so down to earth ​On the flip side, it feels like the small to mid-tier KOLs are often the ones carrying an ego lmao ​I got the impression that some are trying way too hard to only network with people bigger than them, or anyone who can bring value to the table to them ​I understand we all have different agendas and motives when putting ourselves out there at these events, but let's not forget that we're all human Web3 space…
