Found another #RWAfi ecosystem sitting around a ~$100K cap and the product is way more developed than I expected. $Osinko is basically building a DeFi layer for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. Deposit stocks like AAPL, MSFT or NVDA and you can choose what happens to the di

I think it’s time to start paying attention to $PARE. 0x15d36b6a28d8327abc7afabf0f106ae2c9af5c4d The project has released several consecutive tweets outlining the complete picture of its next-stage products. Based on the timeline, PARE is essentially splitting and recombining the economic rights of traditional stocks, then building a new trading infrastructure around them on-chain. PARE’s core concept is simple: one stock can be split into two assets. And importantly, users won’t get trapped after splitting. You can: Merge at any block Merge any amount No permission required No fee Merge before maturity Merge after maturity Merge during the Guardian timelock No admin switch No one can pause the function One of the biggest risks when a stock is split into two Tokens is that the two Tokens eventually drift away from the underlying asset, leaving users stuck holding one side. PARE’s design solves this by ensuring the two halves can always be recombined into the complete asset. After explaining this part, the project started revealing its Oracle. PARE isn’t just issuing Tokens. It is building an on-chain data layer for stocks. The upcoming Oracle Page tracks stock Tokens on-chain and records: Current dividend index Current status Whether there is a pending change to be classified When a stock is expected to pay a dividend Changes in Robinhood’s multiplier Stocks such as SGOV, JNJ, and MSFT are also approaching dividend events. The key point is that PARE will be classifying and recording stock dividend events directly on-chain for the first time. The process roughly looks like: SYNCED → PENDING → CLASSIFIED Then PARE moved from a single product toward a complete trading terminal. It announced a new product: “A new terminal, one screen per series.” Users can complete: Buy / Split / Trade / Lend / Redeem all in one place, while directly seeing: Fixed rate Implied dividend Days to maturity Pool data More importantly, PARE is already preparing for scale. The smart contracts are currently undergoing an audit, and during the audit period, the team has been building out the rest of the infrastructure: Terminal Landing Page Oracle Page Full business model Lending infrastructure The numbers are also interesting: Year 1: ~$236K annual revenue → Year 3: ~$43M annual revenue So initially, my positioning for the project was simply: “An on-chain stock dividend product.” But n…

$PARE 3.78m dyor 0x15d36b6a28d8327abc7afabf0f106ae2c9af5c4d okx wallet: A protocol on Rh Chain that splits tokenized stocks into two parts, allowing users to trade them separately. In simple terms: stocks are normally a bundle of "price movement + dividends." PARE unbundles them: pTOKEN: the pure price component, no dividends, so it trades at a discount to spot. yTOKEN: the pure dividend stream, priced very low, capturing only future dividends. The two parts can be merged back into the original full stock token for free at any time. Splitting incurs a 0.1% fee; merging is always free. That's the core mechanism. It solves the problem for ordinary people who want to trade "dividends only without price risk" or "price movement only without dividends." In traditional markets, this is hard to do; only institutions have dividend futures/swaps. PARE brings this on-chain, accessible to anyone, with no leverage, no liquidation, and the ability to exit anytime. For those already holding Rh Chain stock tokens, this adds a new way to play. Currently, Rh Chain already has a large volume of tokenized stocks trading, and PARE is the first protocol specifically for "stock split trading." Token utility: Burn mechanism: protocol fees are used to buy back and burn PARE. The more usage, the lower the supply. Governance: holders vote on which stock to split next. Discounts: holders get reduced fees on splits and priority access to new series. No staking, no unlock periods, no additional minting. The design is: "protocol earns first, token benefits after." The above content is entirely my personal understanding and analysis (dyor). If you have other opinions, feel free to discuss them in the comments.
