Market change after the first call.
My latest take on $MEME: Earlier, Johann Kerbrat, Robinhood’s GM of Crypto and International, and Vlad Tenev responded to the core criticism that Robinhood Stock Tokens don’t currently provide genuine shareholder rights. I think these two replies mean much more for MEME than simply “Vlad mentioned Stock Tokens.” The AMC event initially gave MEME one thing: attention. AMC CEO opposes Robinhood Stock Tokens → Robinhood responds → The market turns AMC into a Meme narrative again → MEME becomes the on-chain trading vehicle for that conflict Now Robinhood has gone a step further and officially explained Stock Tokens, essentially giving the controversy a much larger context:Stock Tokens are not a temporary product. They are becoming a core piece of Robinhood’s financial infrastructure. Robinhood explicitly highlighted 1:1 backing with real shares in custody, economic-equivalent benefits, as well as plans for in-kind redemption + voting. It also emphasized that Stock Tokens are composable, meaning developers can build new products on top of them. For MEME, I think the most important implication is this: MEME’s Narrative has an opportunity to evolve from an “AMC event Meme” into a “Meme within the Robinhood Stock Token ecosystem.” Those are two very different things. Originally, people were mainly trading:AMC controversy → A Meme Coin But if Robinhood’s Stock Token ecosystem continues to expand, MEME could evolve into:AMC → Stock Tokens → Robinhood Chain → Meme In other words, there is now a real piece of infrastructure sitting behind the Narrative. And MEME itself is a particularly interesting case because it is directly paired with tokenized AMC. That means the attention generated by the AMC controversy can flow directly into on-chain trading, while also giving AMC-related assets significant trading volume and market attention. More importantly, this could change how the market understands MEME. If this were simply: AMC CEO vs Robinhood → Event ends → Attention disappears → MEME disappears then MEME would just be an Event Meme. But Robinhood is now saying: $170M+ Stock Token TVL → Nearly $50B in DEX volume → 1:1 backing → Redemption roadmap → Voting roadmap → Composable assets That gives MEME’s trading environment a much larger Narrative to plug into. So what I’ll be watching next is: AMC Event → MEME → Stock Token Meme → Robinhood Chain Meme If this path actuall…

Alpha is definitely not $MEME biggest catalyst. 0x385f4f8ae47651ce5f58f5265395a669f8281e18

$MEME storyline is about to unfold again. Every reply or mention will bring with it a massive amount of attention.
Every reply or mention will bring with it a massive amount of attention. 0x385f4f8ae47651ce5f58f5265395a669f8281e18 A new catalyst for $MEME has appeared. Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev followed the official MEME account. However, Adam Aron hasn't made any further comments on this matter recently, and nothing has actually materialized on the legal front yet. I can't predict how the token will develop from here, not sure if it will play out the way this tweet suggests.
$MEME 14m dyor 0x385f4f8ae47651ce5f58f5265395a669f8281e18 okx wallet: Rh launched "AMC stock tokens" without AMC's consent. AMC CEO Adam Aron considers this highly inappropriate and is having lawyers investigate. These tokens are not real stocks, but rather a form of tokenized debt security issued by a Rh subsidiary in Jersey. Holders receive economic benefits similar to owning AMC stock, but have no voting rights and are not actual shareholders. The tokens are not registered with U.S. securities regulators and are explicitly restricted from sale to Americans. In short, this is a strong backlash from a traditional public company CEO against the crypto space turning their company's stock into on-chain tokens that can be freely traded. The token reached a $13M market cap mainly because the "AMC CEO vs Robinhood" conflict will continue to escalate, drawing attention to the token. Additionally, there is a high chance of legal proceedings, which will further develop the story. The above content is entirely my personal understanding and analysis (dyor). If you have other opinions, feel free to discuss them in the comments.

Someone just asked me whether the SEC’s approval of the Tokenized Stock rules is bad news for memetoon:native, so I want to share my personal view:I don’t think this is necessarily bad news. 0x385f4f8ae47651ce5f58f5265395a669f8281e18 The SEC’s new rules do address an important
I think $MEME is worth gradually starting to pay attention to now 0x385f4f8ae47651ce5f58f5265395a669f8281e18 This is not simply an “AMC Meme,” but it could potentially become the on-chain vehicle for the narrative connecting Robinhood Chain × AMC × 2021 Meme Stock × Tokenization. What we can confirm is that in early September, Robinhood had subdomains related to movies, MEME launched shortly afterward, and at the same time, AMC CEO Adam Aron publicly clashed with Robinhood over AMC Tokenized Stock. The market therefore began connecting the following:AMC → Robinhood → Tokenized Stock → Robinhood Chain → MEME Of course, there is currently no public evidence confirming that Robinhood officially participated in MEME, so the “official-backed token” theory can only be treated as market speculation, not as a fundamental fact. But even without this speculation, MEME’s narrative itself remains quite coherent. Robinhood Chain is already pushing Stock Tokens + RWA + DeFi, while AMC is one of the most representative assets of the 2021 Meme Stock culture. Therefore, what MEME is really trading is not simply AMC, but:2021 AMC Meme Stock → Retail Culture → Robinhood → Stock Tokenization → Robinhood Chain → Onchain Meme This is also the biggest difference between MEME and an ordinary Meme. As for the AMC shareholder meeting, I do think it could have an impact on MEME, but mainly at the Attention / Narrative level rather than as a direct fundamental catalyst. The AMC shareholder meeting itself does not directly include MEME or Robinhood Tokenized Stock on its agenda, so it cannot simply be interpreted as:AMC Shareholder Meeting → MEME Bullish What is actually worth watching is whether the topics of AMC, Robinhood, Tokenization, retail shareholders, and Meme Stock culture become amplified again during the meeting. Because if the following information chain reappears around the meeting:AMC ↔ Robinhood ↔ Tokenization ↔ Retail Investors MEME could easily become an on-chain trading vehicle for the market to express this narrative. There is also another variable worth paying attention to: OnRecord is currently pushing the MEME community to participate in AMC-related on-chain voting activities. However, this is a third-party community governance experiment and does not mean that MEME holders have actual shareholder voting rights in AMC. That distinction is important. So I think ME…
