$PARE showed there’s real demand for bringing stock dividends onchain, running to roughly $20M at its peak. (Lorescreener) But here’s what caught my attention with $OSINKO: Dividend splitting is only one small piece of the ecosystem. PARE’s core product is the split: deposit a tokenized stock → receive a principal token + yield token representing its dividends. (PARE) Osinko is building around the same underlying idea, but gives dividends multiple places to go. → Split the stock from its dividends → Receive dividends in USDG → Take the dividend early → Stream it over time → Auto-reinvest into more stock → Borrow USDG against your stock → Let dividends service the loan interest → Build custom multi-stock Stacks → Manage strategies through an AI agent So instead of dividend splitting being the product, Osinko is trying to make it one primitive inside a much larger RWAfi stack. That’s what makes the ~$100K valuation interesting to me. PARE demonstrated how much attention one strong tokenized-equity primitive can attract. Osinko is attempting to build the whole financial layer around tokenized stocks. Very early, obviously plenty still to prove — but the asymmetry is why I’m watching it. 👀

Found another #RWAfi ecosystem sitting around a ~$100K cap and the product is way more developed than I expected. $Osinko is basically building a DeFi layer for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. Deposit stocks like AAPL, MSFT or NVDA and you can choose what happens to the dividends: get them early, stream them by the second, or automatically reinvest them back into the stock. But it goes further — you can borrow against your stocks and use the dividends to service the interest, or even split a stock into two separate assets: the stock exposure itself + its future dividend stream, which can then be traded independently. They’re also building Stacks, letting users combine multiple stocks, choose their own weights and create custom onchain baskets/tickers. And there’s an AI agent layer where you can manage dividends, deposits and borrowing through natural-language instructions while still signing transactions yourself. If tokenized equities keep growing, the opportunity here is much bigger than “stocks onchain” — it’s making stocks programmable, composable and productive inside DeFi. At ~$100K, definitely one I’m digging deeper into
